ATTENTION ALL AQUATIC LEADERS:

This company is not recognized under the big five meaning Lifesaving Society, Red Cross, life preservers, Ski Patrol, St johns ambulance etc will NOT recognize your recert awards if you take any courses with this company.

DO NOT waste your time because you will need to RETAKE the course at another location that is recognized. Lifesaving society does not accept these awards DUE TO QUALITY CONTROL. Meaning the instructors are not teaching at the correct standards.

Me, including 4 other co-workers have made the mistake of taking our CPR-C and SFA with them and they failed to inform us even though they knew we were aquatic leaders. They will SCAM you.

Absolutely disappointed with their customer service! After I emailed and called multiple times for a refund. They never replied to my email and answered my call 6 days later.
