The staff was less then helpful in regards to a fraudulent charge on my sons account, just gave me a number and sent me off… I call the number and they told me the bank should have dealt with me about the fraud charge… went in for 4pm and they close at 5, there were 4 customers behind me maybe that’s why she decided to tell me just to call. Regardless she was less then helpful, Cindy or whatever was her name. They also closed the doors before 5pm. I was there at 4:55pm and they locked the doors

I am going to stop dealing with this bank asap. I waited 2 weeks for foreign currency that didn't come in before my trip... website said 3 days. Then they were unable to tell me when it might come in. They gave me a number to call and those people told me the branch should know. I had to run to Kingston the day of my trip where I got it instantly. On return from my trip they couldn't reverse the currency without my going in which is a half hour drive.
The staff are always friendly but there are only 2. Yesterday I waited 20 min. There were other staff in offices who didn't come out.

Was visiting the area for the first time this past Friday, from my home 800 miles south of the US/Canada border. I had some rolls of Canadian coin and some obsolete Canadian bills that I wanted to exchange for current Canadian currency. The teller was one of the most friendly that I have ever encountered at any bank, anywhere, including in my home town!!! The staff enjoyed my "Southern accent", and we had a delightful conversation and a pleasant transaction, which is more than I can say for the jerks in the "bank across the street". If and when I get the chance to stop by the pleasant town of Gananoque, I will surely stop by and say "Hi, y'all!!!!

Have had decent experience with employees but both branch and the online services will not fix a problem that they created which in turn has led me to leave this bank and find other means of banking, have been a custom a better part of 20 years and now I’m done
