Tanner is the best realtor you could hope for. He is a genuinely likeable and helpful professional who was always quick to respond (no matter how early or late in the day). He helped us sell our acreage and buy a new home in the city, and did everything he could to accommodate our schedules. His photographer was absolutely amazing as well, the photos he took really made our home stand out. The other professionals Tanner turns to for things such as inspections and carpet cleaning etc, are top notch and we couldn’t have found better on our own. We were very impressed with our buying and selling experience and easily recommend Tanner if you’re in the market for the best.

We were immediately impressed with Tanner’s knowledge of the market and his patience as viewed numerous houses searching for the one that met our needs. Tanner set us up with a great program that searched for what we wanted and only showed us houses that met our criteria. When we saw a house that appeared to have what we were searching for, Tanner was always very quick on getting us in to see it. He responded to texts promptly and got answers for us from the listing realtors, usually within a couple hours. Despite the numerous showings, Tanner always remained jovial and quick witted, responding with humour and making each showing a fun experience.
