I had an appointment today at 12, while booking appointment I requested that please inform me if I will have to wait even after booking appointment like last time so that i can book accordingly.

I went there for my appointment I was asked to have seat and after waiting for 15 minutes I asked how long is the wait receptionist said i will be next and i asked but still how long she said doctor is running behind.

Every-time I go with my sister or for myself I am sorry to say dr. jassal is always running behind his schedule and I have wait there is no point in booking appointment.

they do not inform you about doctor running behind when I entered i was not informed that doctor is running behind, when i asked then she said do you want to reschedule your appointment then, I am sorry but I do not have this much time that I can come again and again i was not walk in because i do not have so much time that is why there are appointments snd people book it so that they can be helped at certain appointed time.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Multani since the beginning of the year because my previous doctor retired. She is very professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and well trained. She takes time to listen and answer all my questions and has great bedside manner. She is very patient and thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. The ladies upfront are kind and friendly. Overall, great experience every time I go in for an appointment.

I along with my 90 year old mother have been seeing Dr Multani for about a year now and she is so caring and gracious I absolutely love her! She cares deeply about her patients and always follows up with us. I was misdiagnosed in the ER at the Royal Alex last month and she followed up with me the next day saying I actually had a fractured rib and partially collapsed lung. She’s amazing and if you’re a patient consider yourself super lucky. Very grateful for this doctor!

This is my home clinic. Love the staff! They are very welcoming and patient! Always greet with smile! Dr Kapoor is my family doctor. He is simply amazing! Always have a smile on his face! Thank you everyone for treating us so nicely!!

Dr. Karandeep Jassal is not only a skilled Doctor, but also a compassionate human being with exceptional expertise in his field. I wish I could give him ten stars here. The reception and pharmacy staff are also accommodating. They are a top-notch team all around.

Idiots sitting at the front desk. Upon my appointment I simply ask if I can speak to doctor over the phone as I discussed myself with doctor when I was there last time that he would simply give me a call upon appointment if there’s anything needed but the front desk ladies are just idiots I asked if I can speak to doctor she simply rejected to do so even on my booked appointment time & rudely replied to book an appointment to come see the doctor while I simply asked to speak to doctor over the phone.

I wish i can give 0 star. Dr. Jassal is very nice but the receptionist behaviour is worst. She is so rude. I had an appointment at 12:30, i was waiting there and at 1:15 i ask her how long its gona take… she misbehaved and told me to leave. I hope dr. Jassal will read this and will do something about it as i feel she is rude with everyone.

Worst worst worst experience. Here Doctors enjoy their break for more than 1 hour ignoring or exploiting patients sitting outside with appointments. 2 ladies left clinic because of some reasons n front desk said they can leave if you cant wait. But unfortunately i cant even leave as my 20 months old child has to b seen. On asking dr Jassal treated soo badly, rudely arrogantly showing zero courtesy saying now im seeing ur child but wont see him again. Even my child was booked with dr kapoor but he was answering attending in presence of him. I dont know y. Later he told me this all will be same or go to emergency or talk to govt of canada.
He saw my child but after experiencing this i even dont know how accurately he examined my child.
Not attended a single patient from 1 pm to 2:10 pm n my appointment was at 1pm. Enjoy ur lunch for no of hours but then dont take appointments for that time. No responsibility towards a patient. Poorly treated. I cant express my feelings how much i got hurt. If delay is because of patient it is understandable but on the other hand enjoying coffee at starbucks n patients waiting outside for 70 mins with appointments is not good at all.
