Mediocre care. Doctors are rushed to maximize patients seen. Have highlighted medical issues to care givers without proper attention repeatedly. I have the impression that the owners of Synergy Wellness Center are gouging the doctors and tenets. It is very obvious that this is the case being the only clinic in Sherwood Park to be petty enough to gouge the public for parking. Will be ending my relationship with family doctor and using other walk-in clinics in the area who will actually listen to a patients concerns.

Show up early and you’ll be waiting an extra 45 minutes, show up 5 mins late and they get petty and make you wait a full hour, or they make you rebook entirely. they have a sign in the lobby asking for references for more clients but when trying to book a 10 min consultation you’ll be booking 6 weeks at the earliest, don’t know if they don’t care or are short on doctors but seems like they need to readdress their priorities, will be finding a new place for health care

My partner just came here for an appointment because he thinks he has ADHD and he’s been having some experiences with mental health. We called to let the secretary know we were just running behind and stuck in traffic, we were 14 minutes late, they refused to see him, and told him they can’t book him in again because he hasn’t been there for a few years. The secretary was incredibly rude and didn’t offer any solutions such as another doctor taking patients, and verbatim said to my partner, “we can’t help you.” I was shocked when my partner came out and told me she said this. That’s a disgusting thing to say someone who is coming in for ANY kind of medical treatment. Men’s mental health is so important, and I’m completely appalled with the way my partner was treated here. If he didn’t have the kids and I in the car waiting for him, who knows how that could’ve gone for him. He came in for a mental health concern. He was supposed to see Dr. Coughlin, and I do not recommend him to anyone experiencing mental health challenges, especially any men. The way my partner was treated by the secretary is exactly why men don’t seek treatment. Highly suggest anyone interested in coming here seeks medical support elsewhere.

Went for an appointment. $2 to park is nothing except if you want me to pay make sure your machines take debit cards. I'm not going out of my way to get a toonie and I don't use credit cards. So thanks for the free parking.

Omg! The staff at the women wellness center is very⁰disrespectful to women. I came here for specialist appointment with female doctor at 9am. The nurse took me inside a room and asked me to lie down on the patient bed and left me there closed door. I waited doctor for around an hour but nobody came inside to attend me. I was nervous inside the room alone. I called the nurse but nobody came inside as the door was closed and I was lying on the bed. I had to use the washroom but couldn't get help.as they didn't hear me. Moreover I am a patient for neck and back pain so couldn't sit up quickly. After an around hour time the nurse came inside and told me that doctor didn't come today and and we will call u next time ,even the receptionist lady was rude to me and I came back after waiting and wasting mine and my husband's time who drove me back and forth . Never coming to this clinic back who doesn't care about their patients.

Nice Sherwood Park medical centre. The staff is so large that they are often taking new patients. It is fairly easy to get in quick (a day or two) if you have the flu or other ailment. Staff is kind and attentive.

They have a huge parking lot .but you have to pay $2 for all day parking which I don't think it fair
