Both my 4 year old and I have been in for appointments at Sylvan Smiles. I was very impressed with all staff we have encountered. The dentists take their time to go over everything thoroughly with you ans dont seem rushed. My daughter had a positive experience and was so happy to recieve a special toy after her appointment!

I had my first appointment at Sylvan Smiles this week and the experience was wonderful. The office is so modern, clean and bright. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The hygienist I saw, Paige, was so kind and did a really great job. I saw Dr. Der who was also very nice, thorough with my care and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Sylvan Lake area.

I take my young daughter to Sylvan smiles and cannot say enough good things about the dental team!!! They are always so warm and welcoming. The dentist makes my daughter balloon animals and is very attentive to her needs. Recently we went in for her first filling and had the best experience! They gave her laughing gas that smelled like grapes, gave her the needle to numb the area and waited for the numbing agent to really set in before doing her filing. I have never seen a more relaxed child getting a filling than when I watched my daughter get her’s!
Truly a great experience ever time we visit! I am so thankful for the entire staff! Reception, dental hygienist, and dentist for always making our visit to the dentist the highlight of the day!

Sylvan Smiles is AMAZING!!! From the front desk ladies, to to dental assistants and the dentists! My daughter is a little anxious when going to a dentist due to an experience she had while getting a cavity filled at a different dentist office and Dr. Shakira and Bianca were so caring and compassionate throughout the whole appointment. You can truly tell they enjoy their work. I would highly recommend Sylvan Smiles! Thank you again so much for making my daughter feel so comfortable.

Super thoughtfull staff! Hygienist had my daughters favorite artist playing on the TV when she arrived. My daughter was thrilled. It's the little things that matter. It's a great group there.

Typically, dental fillings cost between $150-$250 all inclusive, but this establishment charges nearly $400. If you're insured, these costs might be obscured, ensuring a smooth experience. However, without insurance, exploring other options might be prudent. While exceptional dental work may justify higher costs, the value proposition here seems questionable, and personally, I'd look into other options.

Booked a month in advance, came at the appointed time on the day of the procedure and was told that they cancelled my booking because provided (by another dentist) phone number was wrong, which they somehow sent me a confirmation on before.
