⭐️ Review (4 stars)
Suter Brook Village at 130 Brew St is full of good vibes — it’s one of those places that just feels nice to walk through. With a mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, and wellness spots, it offers a well-balanced community vibe in a modern, beautifully designed setting. Tree-lined walkways, cozy patios, and an overall friendly atmosphere make it a favorite for both locals and visitors.

That said, parking can be a bit of a downside. There’s limited space, the lot is paid, and most areas have a strict one-hour limit. Unfortunately, the pay stations are often out of service, which can be frustrating when you're in a rush or trying to follow the rules.

Still, the location is very convenient — steps from Inlet Center SkyTrain and close to Rocky Point Park. Whether you're grabbing a coffee, grocery shopping, or just enjoying a casual stroll, it’s a lively and inviting place. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you're okay with a little parking hassle in exchange for a great local experience.

Love the variety of food at thrifty‘s foods and there’s a great little sushi spot there and a wonderful gym. It essentially has everything you will need. The only thing is the parking situation. If you park there for one hour in the morning and then go back in the afternoon to go for dinner or whatever you have to pay for parking as you’re only allowed on free hour per day. It would be nice if they allowed for one hour free parking a couple times throughout the day. Otherwise a great little shopping spot.

Great convenient area, love it's just a short walk to the gym, groceries, restaurants and coffee...Thrifty's is crazy over-priced though 😕

Everything you need is here at Suter Brook Village. We stroll over with our granny cart and get our groceries, visit the liquor store, renew our insurance and visit the chiropractor. Kokomo’s is a favourite for vegan food and if it’s raining we appreciate the free 90 minutes parking in the underground parking lot.

Parking streetside is not often, but the underground area is generally good.
As is with the times parking now requires a card # and 15-minutes minimum purchase on the metered areas such as street-side in front of the shops. It can still be challenging to find a spot for the quick shop stop.

Really good Thrifty store there and offices are new and clean. Parking is available underground. Just need to put in your plate number for one hour free. Many people don't know this.

Treats to satisfy every family member with Cobb's, Starbucks, a liquor store, JJ Bean, Burb & Thrifty's all a few steps away from each other. For meals, you have pizza, Subway, Romers (with patio seating), a sushi place & not-so-fast food with Mary Browns Chicken. Underground parking (1st hour is free) is available in 2 lots & paid street parking is limited.
Note: Brew Street is now one-way!

Very walkable space with lots of options for eating out and shopping. Includes children's playgrounds and walking trails. Lots of benches to sit outside on.
