Went today to west side location Icbc/ Sussex broker. I needed to put my car on parking insurance for the summer. Lady was extremely rude. Anything I asked she gave me attitude. I am very soft spoken person. I work in health care customer service to me means a lot. I would never on my worse Dat treat any of my patients like she treated me.
She was so annoyed that she had to do her job. I have never been treated so poorly. You can't ask this person Anything she gives arrogant answer. At the end I was so close of saying to :" You should have a cup of cheer girl".
It's the Native lady , blue eyes always grumpy looking. I should know better but not to go there. This girl is so mean shouldn't be working where she is..wow what a miserable human. 🙄

I went to renew my ICBC insurance on April 22nd. The woman at the desk on April 22nd, white, with blue eyes and native features. Was abrupt, not helpful, not informative and rushed me through the whole process. Zero customer service skills.

I went to get insurance for a new car and transfer it into my name and the lady working said i cant do that because i am tired. It was my only way to get to work and home and she said im to tired and its not my problem. absolutely terrible she should lose her job

I went to Sussex to get storage insurance for my vehicle. The storage insurance policy was standard. However, they did forget to cancel my driving insurance and I was charged for both policies. I reached out to the company and they processed my refund in full. I am grateful for this.
