Bought two used motorcycles today. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, the lady at the middle desk refused to put one of them into my name, saying the signature did not match. These were all the same signature and I watched the guy I bought them from sign all the paperwork. She obviously did not feel like entering them in the system. She was wearing earbuds and really not into it. Really disappointing.

I had my car insurance through another provider and I was surprised to learn that they had my insurance coverage as using my car for work, instead of traveling to and from work. So, I was being charged a higher rate for insurance and I only found that out when I switched to Sussex Insurance. Thank-you Debbie for saving me a lot of money with my renewal! 🙂

The one thing that almost made me walk out and go to another insurance provider was the smell of nail polish solvents in their office. They are beside a nail polish store and it's really hard to breathe in...that stuff is toxic. I was only in Sussex for about 15 minutes and I kind of felt nauseous when I left. I would be really surprised if the staff there don't have constant headaches. I know when I go to renew my insurance next year, I'll be going to a different location. They should really have an air purifier in there. Just wanted to point that out before you go there.

I came to this office on referral by family member who experienced incredible service at this location.
Deborah Thoss was extremely helpful and so nice.
Deborah was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
She end up calling head office, as system did not let her register my salvage car, some one was able to assist her how to change my vehicle title for rebuild status ---as my car passed all the required inspections, she also end up faxing all documents to head office and at the end was able to change car status and register my car.
She provided me with detailed insurance options prior registry, I felt comfortable with the given quotes to make my deciding.
I’ll be renewing my insurance with her every time.
