The staff at this Sussex location have been incredibly helpful and quick everytime I’ve had to renew or insure a new vehicle. They were able to help with all of my questions and uncertainties about bringing back an out of province vehicle and took the time to inform me of all I need to do/help me get the best pricing for what I need which has made this process so much less stressful. Melissa at the Sussex insurance is crazy helpful i needed papers for my accountant and she printed them all off and even did all the math for the deductions so if you can, try and talk to her.

It's been almost two weeks since the car accident. The person in charge, Jasmine Jill, has never called. She doesn't answer my calls or emails either. Why appoint someone who is completely incompetent in working with people? This attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

I’ve been calling them since Friday, and now it’s Monday — still no one answers the phone. I called another branch and they picked up right away, but they said they don’t have access to check my policy number. What’s going on with the Superstore branch? This is seriously unprofessional and frustrating.

I’ve been dealing with the Sussex Insurance in the Superstore in West Kelowna for a little over 8 years now. I am fortunate that I’ve had nothing but exceptional service & always the choice of choosing a “new plate” without hesitation or inconvenience from the agent(s) I’d like to give a shout out to Manreet, she is always been lovely & very friendly anytime I walk in or out from doing my business/groceries. I’ll be back in the Spring for renewals:)

Bottom line is these huge monopoly insurance companies are able to treat us anyway they like gauge us and simply get away with it. 4 days after I paid for my insurance on my card because the internet was soo slow- the agent agreed and said it was slow. 10 minutes i waited for connection and unfortunately could not put on monthly but paid the total $1000+ on my card. the manager rudely said it was my connection though the worker agreed that it was slow. I really wanted to be on monthly payments, went back 4 days later, typical monopoly " that will cost you $100 for a new plate,80$ for the 4 days you drove.
Absolute insanity. We need more choices, better service better prices.
I was even hung up on and they insured the wrong car. I have the manager power texting being rude. Awful experience- there's no other choice ( yet)
