called to inquire about my insurance with them. The staff were helpful in pointing me towards ICBC and getting their number, but overall were not very friendly. They kept interrupting me when I asked questions, and felt like they were rushing to drop our conversation. Not the worst service, and maybe they were just super busy, but I personally wouldn't recommend them.

The worst service I had experienced so far in Canada. Very rude and weird behaviour from the lady who was assisting us with the vehicle transfer. As if she just wanted to get rid of anybody coming to her for assistance and had no knowledge of her job. For every question we asked she kept laughing like a fool for no reason.. May be there is something wrong with her mentally and I seriously think that the management needs to look into it.

This was really bad experience for me on 18th Feb at 7.20pm, I was using this agency for my ICBC insurance and I have flight tomorrow at 5am, one day before I asked the process and they want me to come with plates to cancel the insurance. I reached at 7.20pm and location was supposed to be closed at 9 and only 2 other customers in the que. The lady said she can not handle anymore customers and asked me to go to other place. I was using them because they were open till late. I requested her and referred my conversation with other employee she said that employee is gone and she can not do anything. Too bad customer focus.

Finished my grocery shopping and noticed on the way out I forgot to bring my insurance papers in for my renewal. The guy went as far as to save me the trip back to the car and was able to find it in the computer. Had it done in less than ten minutes in and out. Great location.

Came in for plates and insuring a vehicle , got here at 905am, their supposed to be open from 9-9 daily , I’m stil here at 945 and still nobody is here.

I had a great experience at this insurance company! Jessie was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Great sense of humour and left feeling very taken care of. I would highly recommend coming to this place. Was in and out in good time as well.

We received excellent customer service from this location. The staff were very friendly and we had everything wrapped up in a few minutes. I will definitely be back to renew next year. Super convenient location.

I went to this location to renew my insurance on 7 december at 8:54PM and there is a 6 minutes left before they close she told me she is closing so she can’t help me but i did reach there before their closing time and she had a very bad attitude too felt very bad i hope management will talk to her about her attitude and retrain her for better customer service!
