In my experience they are fantastic. I will start with the staff at the pediatric clinic, both receptionists are nice, friendly and professional. This was our first time there and the place is clean and warm very welcoming. We had doctor Peters and he was all that you wish for your kids doctor to be. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, and he had read my son's medical records prior to our appointment to be informed on his clinical history. He detaily checked my son and refered us to the services he considered he needs. Thank you for your kindness and support doctor you're a blessing

They are not currently running diagnostics but will still make you wait 6 hours before they tell you they won't help you. Remember to ask your doctor to document that they refused to treat/test you if you are stuck going here. In all cases you are still better off going to Regina.
There are staffing shortages and the pandemic sucked, I can sympathize with how hard it's been. There have never been enough doctors in this area. However, it doesn't matter if you need help and are scared, you are a number here and they just want you to leave.
They need a sign or the triage nurse to warn you they are only doing limited labs/tests/diagnostics that they pick at their own discretion. The doctor told me I wasn't important enough to be even checked and to find a family doctor instead. I had gall stones.
The system needs to do better. Do not go here.

My daughters are being seen here by doc ihidero peter. Hands down the worst, we have had to wait weeks in-between refills multiple times. This time around been close to a month of no meds, iv called hundreds of times and there is never anyone to answer the phone. We are still trying to call and get ahold of someone for a refill!!! At this point we will be switching. If your children need meds please go somewhere else
