What a loathsome organization. This company's refusal to allow you to have direct deposits unless you install their app SHOULD be illegal. There is no excuse for not having that functionality on their website. This is blatant discrimination against the elderly, the less technically inclined and those without smart phones. They also force people who call customer service to wait on hold longer than people who call from their app.
This is so obviously unethical it utterly sickens me. I'll be moving my investments to a different institution. One that understands the concept of behaving ethically toward your paying customers. I'd give them a negative star rating if it was possible.
