Returned a rental trailer on the agreed date & terms. An extra rental payment was debitted from our bank account due to the direct deposit not cancelled in time. Was told we would be refunded the extra payment. Extra payment was never returned dispite many calls and Emails.. no explanation .. Poor experience , would not recommend doing business here ..

Brought a truck in for a few issues. 1 abnormal drive line slap. Nothing done
2. Shaking mirrors. Nothing done except oil prints all over the glass. 3. Cabbin and bulk heater / ac not working correctly. Nothing done. Then to top it off foot prints in-between the seats in a truck that never been driven in shoes or boots. This truck has only covered 70k. Definitely will not be coming back...
