I had a seizure a while back and the ambulance took ten minutes, not bad. When I got to the hospital I was seen by a doctor after 20-30 minutes, great! The doctor I saw (wish I could remember their name) was very nice and at the end of the day I had been treated well. The complaint I have is that they put my birthday in backwards turning 11-06 into 06-11, I corrected them multiple times to no avail and then they sent the wrong information to the children’s hospital which I had to go to without an ambulance because it wasn’t there anymore. I just hopped in the car my mom. If something had happened in the car, like have another seizure for example, my mom would have been wholly ill-equipped to deal with that. Luckily I was fine. At the children’s hospital it was a bit tricky to fix the backwards birthday but it was fine. It was a very interesting hospital experience.

If you need proper care take the time to drive to Selkirk. I had Dr. Oleyemi back in May and she had never sent a referral off causing things to get extremely worse and she had to do an emergency surgery. During that surgery she completely violated me, put me under the knife with zero pain medication and two minutes before the procedure was done had asked a nurse to bring something for my pain. Every nurse in that hospital has probably agreed to her horrible practices. and if you get her walk away you won’t have the care that you need.

When this clinic was run by the health authority it was top notch. It had excellent physicians. Now that it is private, it is awful. No one ever answers the phone, the physician who runs the clinic is terribly rude and always late. Sad to see this clinic go down the tubes.

Gotta be the worst place to have a doctor . I made an appointment, they then called me to tell me the doctor has other things to do in the afternoon so I had to change my appointment to earlier. I get there on time and the doctor is running an hour and a half late . So I finally get in and she says that she has no time to finish my exam , so could I come back another day 🙃.
I come back a week later and she is on call at the hospital and is not seeing anyone at the moment so I wait an hour past my appointment. I finally go up to receptionist and ask how long and it's gonna be hours , if not today all . I'm out . Not a great experience.

I visit the Stonewall Medical Group on occasion when I have appointments with my doctor.

I have been blessed to find a good doctor here (I recommend Dr. Benton), although some of the doctors working there are hit and miss. I have definitely experienced some that I did not like and had terrible bedside manner with patients. Dr. Benton is caring and friendly and she provides a good level of care. The visits can seem a bit rushed here sometimes as there are always people waiting and sometimes I feel like they don’t have enough quality time to dedicate to patients.

The clinic facility itself is well maintained and clean. The lab always provide efficient service for blood work and there is typically little wait time.

They have walk-ins during the weekday evenings from 5-8 pm and also on the weekends (check their website for the times).

I've been seeing Dr Venter for over 20 years! He is punctual(as well as a Dr can be) helps you figure out your health concerns or sends you to the right specialist.
The girls at the front are amazing & always helpful, they are a very busy group! Jennifer is helpful & so polite.

Requested an APS for an insurance application and they just never completed it. Insurance company asked the doctor at this clinic for 9 MONTHS and they just chose not to do it. Now this client doesn't have life insurance because they can't complete the application without the APS. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Absolutely useless facility. No one wants to do their job. Seen with my own eyes that they leave the phone off hook to do their paperwork. Doctors RUSH you through your visit, they get up to leave the room before you are done speaking. There is paperwork EVERYWHERE, not looking like a professional health facility at all.
