I recently switched to Stoneridge insurance, referred by a friend to account manager Kacy Warwick. My previous brokerage was bought out by a larger company & their customer service was terrible! From our first conversation, Kacy went over & above, even though I was not yet a client. She provided outstanding customer service, giving me information about discounts I wasn’t aware of & providing explanations for different options for my car insurance. I will be switching my home insurance once it comes up for renewal. I also referred my cousin & her husband who were visiting me from out of town. They called Kacy right away as their car insurance was coming up for renewal in July. They were so impressed by Kacy that they’re transferring their insurance from their brokerage, who they’ve been with for more than 30 years, to Stoneridge insurance in order to have Kacy as their insurance agent.
