Zero stars if I could.
These pans are a joke — definitely not nonstick. Even bread sticks, let alone pancakes. We bought two and tried one. When it failed miserably, we went back within 4 days to return the unused one.

We had a clear photo of the receipt with transaction proof and invoice. Still, they rudely refused the return, insisting on the original physical receipt only. No photo, no printout, not even the invoice was acceptable.

I've worked in retail — this is nonsense. A picture or invoice should be valid. Their return policy is misleading, their attitude rude, and their product was a huge scam. They told us to talk to the company as they need the original copy of the reciept.
Never trusting this brand again.

They have amazing collection and deals for Black Friday. The only complaint I had is the lady on the front, who was shouting on the cashier for making mistakes and arguing with her in front of 8-10 customers.

She should know how to behave at least in front of the customer.

I visited the store today to return an unused online purchase. While we didn’t have the Styrofoam from the original packaging, the item was in perfect condition. I had already confirmed with online support that the return could be processed, but the staff initially refused. After showing the chat confirmation, they reluctantly agreed but insisted on issuing a gift card instead of refunding to my credit card. (Lady at cash was very rude to us)

I reached out to customer service again, and they called the store to resolve the issue, and the return was finally processed. As a loyal customer who has shopped at the St. Laurent location many times, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the unwillingness to assist initially. I hope future interactions are handled with more understanding and professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication from the lady at this store. I placed two online orders with Stokes, totaling 31 items, which I returned to the store just four days after receiving them. Out of the nine bowls and three butter containers I purchased, five bowls and all three containers were defective, with damaged packaging. Additionally, the packaging of the two can openers was also severely damaged, and it was evident that they had been stored in the warehouse for an extended period of time. The packaging had discolored from white to yellow, further indicating their poor condition. I was shocked to find that out of 31 items, 10 were damaged, indicating a lack of quality control in the warehouse.

Instead of apologizing for sending defective items, the lady at the store accused me of using the can opener and butter containers, despite the fact that they still had their tags on. She even expressed concern about the limited possibility of reselling one of the can openers in the future, considering its current condition. She told that I should visit the store in person to inspect items before purchasing, rather than relying on online shopping. Not only did no one bother to apologize for sending me defective items, but they also accused me of using some of the items. I have never had such a terrible experience in any other stores in Canada. This will be my last visit to this store.

Great products but rude and unfriendly staff. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the one person working in the store happily dealt with the customers ahead of me, running back-and-forth to the back room to find the boxes and accommodate them anyway she can. When it came to me, she didn’t even bother to greet me. She just scanned my items or gave me. My total tried to make me buy other products at the cash and then handed me my bag. Wouldn’t look me in the eye rude as all hell.
