Derrick really closed the gap between what felt like a large impersonal insurance company and a client trying to navigate insurance access for the first time. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service, prompt and helpful responses and willingness to advocate on my behalf. Good customer service is rare these days but it IS noticed. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this particular location ! These guys are always amazing and willing to go the extra mile to help you out in any situation they can . They always answer the phone or will literally call you back within 15 minutes ! (Even on their lunch break).

I am very sad that they went from State Farm to Dejardins as I really do dislike Dejardins insurance claims . I was with State Farm since I was 16 and started driving (now 8 years). I wish it would have stayed State Farm as I LOVED them . Unfortunately , Dejardins has not been good or kind to me .

Again , it isn't this location's fault at all , and they are trying to help me through my issues with Dejardins.
