I had a very disappointing experience with Billyard Insurance Group Inc, specifically through one of their brokers named Janzeb. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge and charged me more money than what was originally agreed upon for my insurance policy.

I questioned the extra charges multiple times, but instead of giving me a clear answer or resolving the issue, I was ignored and misled. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also breaks the trust that clients place in a broker.

I’m sharing this here to warn others—please be very careful when dealing with this company, especially with Janzeb. I hope no one else ends up in the same situation I did.

Let this be a reminder for others to always double-check everything before signing or paying
