Lowsy insurance. Let my family drive uninsured for a month after having given them peace of mind and documents that they said proved valid insurance. Don't give these dirtbags your money. Go to The Personal. The Personal has great customer service and won't let you drive thinking your insurance is valid. My family had been with Steers for over 14 years. If my family doesn't take these issues higher, I'll be doing so on their behalf! I will make sure they know this is not acceptable!
