I purchased a pair of wireless earbuds and didn’t pay for the warranty. When I opened them they had a manufacturer error and the left earbud wouldn’t charge or turn on. They were super kind and understanding, they were happy to replace them with minimal hassle. Great customer service even when I was originally checking out.

Dropped off an Amazon return (Wyze security camera).. They scanned it and took the item 4 days ago. No updates since. No drop off confirmation. Nothing!!! Dropped off another Amazon return yesterday and I receceived a confirmation and my refurnd for that 2nd return with 12 hours!! Did you guys actually scam me out of that 1st return? Amazon told me to deal with you !

I stopped by Staples on Friday with a last-minute printing request for a bachelorette party, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone at the print shop was absolutely wonderful but especially Nicola 💜She was so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process fast, easy, and stress-free, which was such a relief given the tight timeline. Everything turned out perfectly, and I left with exactly what I needed (and the bride LOVED the result). 10/10 service! Thank you, Nicola! 👑

The staff here are very nice - but there are too few. It took me 20 minutes to see someone for a transaction that only took about 30 seconds - a transaction that only seems to exist because of Staples' obtuse systems and policies. This should not be the case, and not every single staff should constantly be swamped with work.

It seems all you can say these days is stores that were clearly built to be staffed by double - maybe even triple - the staff that they're currently employing. The staff that ended up helping me was kind and helpful - as most of them seemed to be - but I can't recommend this staples location until they start employing a feasible number of staff to run a store.

P.S: it was not busy. There was probably 10 customers in the store. That should go to show how few staff there are.

I had a terrible experience at this location today while shopping for a new computer chair. I was interested in an Emerge gaming chair on sale for $199.99 and had a few questions about it. However, I couldn't find any associate willing to assist me. I politely asked a gentleman at the back for help, but he mentioned he was currently helping another customer and never returned. While I understand he might have been occupied, he could have informed another associate about my queries. After waiting for a considerable time, I resorted to using my phone to find answers. The extended wait and lack of available associates left me very disappointed. Despite my genuine interest in purchasing the chair, I will likely buy it elsewhere due to this poor service.
