It was a no brainer for me to call Stacy when my mother had to sell her house this year as I had already worked with him 10 years ago when I sold my house . I know I can count on his excellent judgement and I know he keeps it a calm experience throughout !
As it happened , the house sold ( in 4 days ! ) and I would not be available for the signing and would not be able to take my mother to the notary . Stacy told me not to worry and that he would take her and care for her as if she was his own mother . He definitely went beyond the call of duty and always had our backs ! I absolutely recommend him !!!!!

We recently purchased an investment property with Stacy and the entire experience from pre-selection through to closing the deal was efficient and enjoyable. There are many agents to choose from but having one you can rely on, trust and be comfortable around who always acts in your best interest is really key. As well, Stacy is knowledgeable and up to date on his profession- the same can't be said of many other agents who exaggerate the merits of their listed properties and don't take the necessary time to properly detail and describe their listings. I highly recommend Stacy and will do business with him again in the future.

We’ve known Stacey for over 12 years and consider him to be much more than a real estate agent; he’s a person who can be trusted and who works in your best interest. He sold us our first condominium, which over time turned into a family home as our numbers grew. When we needed a short-term rental, Stacey helped us find a 6-month lease and took him out of his busy schedule to help us out, answer our numerous questions and accompany us on visits even though we weren’t an “official” client.
