another ridiculous amount of time (37 minutes) before someone answered the phone, these receptionists are incompetent, they should be fired and new ones brought in with stricter rules about answering phones within a reasonable amount of time. When you speak to the doctor about it, they are aware of the ongoing problem but nothing is done, This is not new, it has being going on for years. Why can’t they fix this issue? I was even told that receptionists are on their personal phones while people are on hold on the clinic lines, why The owners of the clinic just don’t care, do they not realize that their ratings would go up substantially if they had better service from the receptionists? DO BETTER!

I have always had good experiences with this clinic. Every person I interacted with was always professional and pleasant. My doctor (who recently retired) was amazing! I feel very blessed to have access to such great care / so close to home.

ZERO STARS!!
This place is an absolute joke. I don't know about the Morrisburg clinic but I am a patient at the Ingleside clinic and it is terrible!

First off...THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. NEVER! In fact I will give $1,000 to the first person who can prove they reached a receptionist. Other reviews are absolutely correct in this FACT. This should not be allowed to happen. More people need to complain and maybe something will happen. I have to drive 45mins+ one direction and physically walk into the clinic to book an appointment instead of making a simple 5 min phonecall. Doesn't matter time of day or even day of the week. No answering machine either so good luck.

Second, getting test results or specialist appointments booked through them is just as bad as their phone answering skills. I'm still waiting for an appointment with a specialist and test results 4 months later. Maybe I should call them?...Oh yeah...they don't answer phones 🤦

Lastly the staff.
-Receptionists are terrible, straight up, just cause they can't answer phones.
-Dr's are okay when they are there. You are likely to get a replacement Dr because yours isn't there today. Always seems like you are being rushed. They were limiting your issues to 2 per visit at one time.
-The nurses...THE BEST THING IN THIS CLINIC. These ladies are wonderful. They are kind and caring every time I interact with them. They deserve to be in a better place. Well done ladies and thank you so very much.

This place seems to have a lot of elderly and children patients so why can't you reach them through the phone? This is dangerous and needs to be investigated. My suggestion is to honestly find some other clinic but I understand if you can't. Don't say you weren't warned.

Service continues to slide. Months to wait for an appointment to renew prescriptions, and if you can't wait that long to have your prescriptions renewed you get to pay the $25.00 fee to have your renewal faxed in. What a disgrace.

They never answer the phone!! Even tried booking through their online website and that doesn't work either. If you need to make an appointment you pretty much have to go in person. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!

My doctor is absolutely incredible, and he is the only reason I won’t leave as good doctors who care are hard to come by.

But the receptionists? Apparently never want to answer the phone. Tried calling 20 plus times and waiting 15-20 minutes each time never to get through.. I try at different times and still nothing.

On multiple occasions they have messed up scheduling which my doctor has had to correct.. my doctor has even apologized for the front staff as he does not appreciate how we have been treated.

…. Still listening to awful elevator music just trying to get a hold of them 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

difficult to reach the office to cancel appointment - phone serivce in Morrisburg and Ingleside is always busy, waiting time is more than an hour for an attendant to answer the phone in both places
