Worst experience. I never suggest anyone to book tickets from them. Worst customer service. I called and ask for ticket details lady on phone said will send you wats app and nothing was sent. Then i called next day, girl on phone firstof all her voice is so low. After confirming everything i asked her to hold the ticket she said okay but after 2 hrs i called her back she said due to system error ticket was unable to hold and she wats app me details and mentioned the price. Next day i called her to make payment for same flight and she said price will be more .
What rubbish is this.
Bad customer experience. I would suggest work on your customer service and stay on your word.

I booked my flight through them, they booked my flight without confirming airline policies, didnt read all rules and made wrong name on ticket, explaining me by word “unsure”. Made me look like idiot at airport, wasted my 6 hours at airport, they didn’t let me board on my flight. Missed my brother’s wedding. Totally waste of agency.

Worst service possible. Diljit’s, the manager, behaviour is horrible. I have booked multiple flights with Guru Nanak Travel, I needed to change my flights. She told me multiple times she was unable to make any changes and that I would have to contact the airline. When I contacted the airlines they told me I’m not allowed to make any changes as I have booked through a travel agency. My mother suffered a medical emergency and when I asked Diljit to change the flight, I had to argue with her just to do her job. Diljit misguides her clients. Don’t not book any travels through this agency, their staff has no sense of professionalism.

WORST SERVICE EVER someone can get. They only want your money. I booked a round trip from them. First arrival ticket was not valid at airport. Had to rebook at the moment and waited for 2 days at airport. Then called them to enquire about open up ticket, after fee hours they called back saying its done and thats it. When i get back there to fix departure date, they be like it was only valid for certain period, without informing me initially. They made me wait, call and go and forth for 5 days and then “ Sorry we cant do anything”. Their staff doesn’t even know how to deal with customer or any knowledge about process. They will start making stories of their own. Their negligence made me lost my ticket, time and money. I had to book another one for departure as well. And they won’t even say sorry or do refund.

Please don’t go there and waste your money. Its not worth anything

Worst possible customer service! Spoke to a lady around 11 to see if they could change my grandma's flight and she told me she'll call me back. Called back around 4 and she said she'll check again and she'll call me back in half an hour. I called back an hour later and they put me on hold for 5 minutes only to tell me they couldn't get through and I'd now have to wait till Monday. I offered to call the airlines directly but she insisted. They neglected to inform me that they were unable to get through the airline until I made the effort to call back twice. Very poor service!! Don't waste your money here because once they have it they don't care about anything else.

I only had decent service when I walked in. If I phoned, even when time critical, I never had a reply. I let that go one time only.

I gave them every chance. I called back more than once and had to give them all the details a second time. I got more promises of 'we'll get back to you'.

The longer it takes to finalize a flight the more you'll pay as it's sooner the better.

I don't recommend this establishment.
