Atrocious. To have seniors living in a facility where the temperatures in the summer reach 40+ and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING is downright abuse. But what are you supposed to do when you have no options for your loved ones. Seniors should be living their best lives in retirement homes, not stewing in their own sweat with a popsicle to cool them down.

This place is not even worth the one star as they do not care about the well being of their residents, my mother could walk when she went here after 3 months now in wheelchair due to lack of time taken with their clients / residents. All the while they take 95% of their income each month, it's absolutely disgusting.

At SRL, your loved ones are just a comodity. Like cattle. Like codfish in a barrel.The owner only sees the residents as money ìn the bank.
