I had a fantastic experience at Source for Sports. As soon as I walked in with my roller blades, Nick greeted me and offered help right away. One of my wheels had come off—he quickly fixed it, checked the other skate, and tightened all the wheels. He had me ready to go in under 10 minutes.

I had gone into other sporting good stores and they were telling me I would need to pay for a brand new set of wheels. That didn’t sit right with me, so I gave source for sports a try only to find out that the one wheel could be put back on no problem!

On top of that, every staff member I interacted with was kind and welcoming. With service like this, I’ll gladly come here over any other sporting goods store. Huge thanks to Nick and the team!

The repair shop guy fixed my BOA laces for free and was very friendly! Much better than SportChek.

Also bought some good accessories like ski keys.

I gotta say that every time I go in, I'm met with a knowledgeable and helpful sales person, no matter the area. And for those that give poor reviews on a weekend, try going to ANY sports store on a weekend, good luck meeting Source's standard. Baseball is where we looked today but also had a glance at track shoes. Both members gave excellent advice and helpful tips. We will continue to support indefinitely, even with slight blips we may encounter.

I've been doing business at London's Source for Sports for years - dating back to my minor hockey days. Yesterday, I visited to browse and potentially purchase a new pair of skates.

I was promptly greeted by Colin, the owner, who listened to my needs and was enthusiastic about finding me the right fit. He then introduced me to Nick who assisted me throughout the rest of the process. They both knew their products inside out which gave me confidence in my decision. Needless to say; I left happy with a purchase I feel good about.

There was a slight manufacturers defect after a couple of uses and I can't say enough about how well the Colin and the team took care of me and the small issue. I had the best experience getting my son baseball glove broken in at source for sports. A gentleman named Brayden spent about 20 mins showing me how to brake in the glove step by step. It was worth drive down from Kitchener that took me about 1hr to get there. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Well. The owner/manager was at Source for Sports and helped us when we had first football cleat issue and was there today to help with ongoing issue with shoes. He said he will give store credit and to go find a shoe that works! Very happy and so is my son. Thank you and thank your young team of employees.
