The worst place I had ever visited for delivery. I had backed at 5 am on my delivery time and got offloaded at 11 am. I had not seen any receiver to take 6 hours for just to unload a trailer. These guys do not have physical office where you can talk. You can just have a call on the given numbers at the site. And they do not sign on pod. If you call them for asking to give you back signed pod. They say that they will send it to the dispatch directly. I am not even sure about that they are sending it to the dispatch or not.

Attention drivers!!
If you are coming here for your delivery keep in mind that you might have to spend your whole day here. So be prepared for that. Average time to get unloaded is 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes it can be even as high as 8 hours!! There’s no actual check in office here just call the number in the photo and they will give you dock and ask you to leave a copy of your BOL in the back of trailer. And after that when you are done you DO NOT GET a POD. They say that they will send it directly to the carrier. Overnight parking is available and washrooms are available right past door 1.

The receiver on the phone early morning Does not know how to speak with drivers. You guys listen driver bring goods to you that’s why your company running so start respecting them and keep you personal shit at your home while get to work. 👎

Very professional
I came 1045 called on given number the guy was so cool and give me the dock right away. I parked at 11:00 and left 1140.

Unloading was crazy fast, 10 to 15 minutes. But they kept the trailer on the red light for over 4h, and release the driver after with no ppwk, new procedure...
Attention to manager, why you keep a truck/trailer ostage for an extra 4 hours if youre not giving ppwk back?
Even if the lumper claim stuff he will not be able to help! Just stop keeping the equipment and employees ostage, mark subject too count and release them....
Carrier should charge the extra waiting...

3.45 am Arrived, 4am door, red light right away, 6.45am green. I thjnk They take time to count everything. Not bad compare to loblaw

Terrible place offloading start 4 am 12 skids take more than 4 hours they take all papers from you and leaving driver with no POD with no punch time in and out
Keeping you waiting out side locked door with no phone answers
Surprised same comments from last year keeps going on with no action from management
