I recently brought my car into Shoreside GM for some collision work (entire driver's side, t-bone and front bumper). I wasn't hoping for much since my car is a 2015, off brand Nissan. Originally I was worried about the availability of parts and paint matching. Let's face it, after 10 years a car's paint takes a lot of abuse, so I was keeping my expectations in check.

Kevin, the service manager, assured me that things will be restored to the best of their abilities and I had nothing to worry about and if anything did pop up (extra repairs, etc) they will notify me before doing anything.

Over the next few weeks Kevin kept me in the loop about a smaller scratch that wasn't part of the original claims that they could address at the same time as well as a much needed brake job (no surprise on the brakes, I had a feeling they were too soft).

When I got the car back, I couldn't believe it. The driver's side has been restored to show room quality. Even the paint and dent repairs are excellent zero orange peeling and the lines in the rain look spectacular. I waited to write this review, just to give it a week in case something fell off or a warning light came on. I can happily say that I have zero to complain about.

To the people who worked on my car; Amanda, Pat you deserve a big kudos. I think I have found my one trusted shop, thank you.

This was our 1st time dealing with this business and we walked away with the truck we wanted and a very very positive experience under our belt . From our initial conversation with Dwayne our salesman to ironing out the financial details with Matt , it was a painless and all around enjoyable process . Though not necessary we did also appreciate the owner coming & shaking our hand & just making us feel comfortable and valued . We appreciated the option to go uptown with our soon to be new truck while Matt took care of getting our financing in place & the overall attention , curtesy & professionalism we experienced here . It was after 6 on a Friday before everything was taken care of and because we are a few hours away we were very grateful they went the extra mile to enable us to drive our truck home without having to come back another day . We are grateful to the good folks at Shoreside GM in Gimli & would highly recommend giving them your business when in the market for a new vehicle .

Brought my Dodge 1500 in today around 1 pm ,turns out I had a broken axle and shock . Started with Travis in service his attitude was great and tried his best to help us arrange to get truck looked at as well as manager , tec and others . We were just hoping to at least get looked at. To our suprise they got us in to do it which was so nice of them , as were camping and would of been in a bind.Even shuttled us back to our campground and when done before close came same day to campground and picked us up. Staff gets gold star thanks again Travis for overseeing our process and arranging shuttle service have a great summer
