We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jag, who spent the entire day patiently helping my wife and I test drive multiple vehicles. His dedication, patience, and deep understanding of our needs made the decision-making process smooth and enjoyable. After much consideration, we settled on a 2025 Hyundai Venue and a 2025 Hybrid Santa Fe, and we couldn’t be happier with our choices.

What really stood out was Jag’s personable and engaging approach. We didn’t just talk cars—he shared stories about his family and his two beautiful parrots, adding a personal touch that made the experience feel less like a transaction and more like a connection. He truly exemplifies what outstanding customer service and relationship-building should look like.

We also had the opportunity to work with Kevin, the finance manager, who was equally impressive. He cut through the usual sales fluff and focused on what actually mattered to us. He tailored a warranty plan that made sense for our lifestyle and budget, and made the entire financing process easy to understand and actually enjoyable. His sense of humor and approachable demeanor made us feel like we were sitting down with a trusted friend rather than signing paperwork.

Bought my vehicle paid full in cash February 2nd 2025 and it broke down on April 15 of this year. I'm extremely disappointed of how long it lasted for, yes purchase as is, BUT not to practically be scammed out of money due to them selling trash vehicles that break down. Vehicle sat there in the shop since April 16 without any follow ups, and when I finally got a hold of someone a month after the vehicle was still sitting there no one knew about it and then after paying cash, id still have to put more money into it, money I don't have. This is pretty much a licensed scamming business, selling vehicles that DON'T work. So much lack of communication, stress and disappointment. I am so scared of even purchasing a vehicle now, who can you trust? No one, you go to a reputable dealership so you won't be sold garbage but at the end they do. This proves dealerships are all the same, like the back yard dealership. This has left me with such a distrust and disappointment.

Disappointed and Disrespected — A Wasted Trip to Sherwood Park Hyundai

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Sherwood Park Hyundai left me no choice.

I visited the dealership after receiving a final offer from the general manager and scheduling a follow-up with my sales representative to proceed with financing. I arrived on time, ready to finalize the deal. What followed was 90 minutes of being completely ignored. No updates, no apologies just silence. I wasn’t even acknowledged.

Eventually, I left. Not a single person reached out to explain or apologize not even the rep I had been dealing with. It felt like I was strung along and then ghosted. I came in as a serious buyer, but was treated like an afterthought.

I’ve purchased three brand-new vehicles in the past, and I’ve never experienced anything like this.

This experience was not only unprofessional, it was disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers at the final stage of a sale, I can only imagine what after sales service would be like.

I strongly urge management to reflect on how they value people’s time and trust. As for me, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest others think twice before walking through those doors.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hyundai dealership! Tito, my salesperson, was absolutely amazing — super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best car for my needs. The entire staff was also very welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Tito if you want a smooth and stress-free car buying experience!

Boy Oh Boy.... Have I got something's to say about Sherwood Park Hyundai!!! They were awesome. Their staff were super friendly, right from the receptionist to the sellers to the management. I was in a hard spot and needed a reliable vehicle within my budget. I told them what I wanted and then they exceeded every ask and went above and beyond to help me get into my new (to me) vehicle.
