What can we say other than we see why she won a national award. We sold our house in two weeks with Sherri but that's only part of the story. It was our first ever experience selling a home and Sherri helped us every step of the way. She gave advice on getting the financing and helped direct us to Christa Tessier who made it happen.
Sherri helped us stage the home, advised on details and was always so nice, kind and positive.

Ms. Cobus is the best realtor. She has won the highest award for people's choice and her integrity and honesty is above the norm. She works extremely hard for her clients.
