She treated me like a child. They increased my car insurance rate and the amount they are charging is inappropriately high. She just mentioned that she can’t do anything about it and when I requested information about cancelation, the only answer was that there is no cancelation fee on expiry date!!!! Everybody knows that ”expiry date” means expiry date. Very unhappy with the unreasonably high fees and unprofessionalism

I have be with Desjardans or state farm for 40 years and when I wanted to insure a new bike I was asked to get paperwork that no one understood and inspection from people that they did not know where to get.
I was told I should do more research before I bought the bike. I had done my research and no inspections are required in NB. The agent was rude and insulting told me maybe I should find a different company after 40 years. I advise you to do the same they have no customer service skills and I think they are terrible at their job.

my current insurance company offered me insurance for $3000 for new option on my license. Driving over 30 years no issues. Stopped in to see Shelly (although her website has changed vs this link) and was able to get the exact same insurance for $400 because they count my years of driving vs assuming I am a new driver. Looking to switch some other insurance over now. Awesome customer service not just significantly cheaper.
