the worst bank in canada. stood in line for 30 minutes while others walked around, sipped coffee, chatted with each other, and then accepted the person who came after me. great, keep it up.

I tried to consolidate my debt into one payment had no luck with other service Credit Union I contacted Ruby at my home branch and she worked very hard to make this happen for me. I truly appreciate all her hard work thank you Ruby.

I was a Servus member for many years, and I will truly miss being one. The service I received was incredible from beginning to end, no matter how challenging or unusual, they helped me with my personal and business accounts with grace and care. Our final days as a customer had many challenges as we sold our home, moved funds to a different province and closed down our accounts. Many thanks to many staff. Keep being incredible, you by far are better than any bank I've ever worked with (I've tried them all). Thank you, we will miss you!

After I was done my banking the lady forgot to close out my account and did a transaction with someone else with my account took 6 months for them to realize there mistake then called me up and talk to me like it was my fault.
