Warring for people
Don’t waste your time and energy to deal with this Branch. Specially their branch manger have no sense of humour and I don’t how they hire her as a branch manager.
Lack of responsibility,
unprofessional
No knowledge of banking
Not only happened with me I saw few other costumers who she treated with fully aggressively.

I just went there to verify the cheque. First they said come tomorrow Next things gone to other level. Her attitude was totally unacceptable I don’t know if they created issues to verify cheques how the deal with other things.
At last I just suggest you don’t go in this branch. If you’re also got hard time in this branch please don’t step back without letting know to others speak up or just write down reviews and make complaint.

Perfume explosion at this branch. If you have allergies or a chemical sensitivity Do Not enter! You will be assaulted as soon as you open the door. Manager is aware and will do nothing because I am only 1 person who gets violently ill from it.

This place has no knowledge staff , don’t open your account with Servus bank they need lots of extra prove if u deposit ur own money to ur alc. Only one old Asian face lady is working she is very rude all the time.

Banked with Servus for over 25 yrs. I just never had a great experience so I finally shut down my account. I'm much happier elsewhere. And the profit share they constantly talk about did nothing for me. Especially being able to bank while traveling was my toughest issue. Sorry it didn't work out.

Always busy and not enough staff at the front. You end up waiting very long in line and with limited hours, it makes it hard to come back again. If people need more time with their financial needs at the till, perhaps encourage them to book an appointment with an advisor?

Would give 0 stars if I could. They have impacted all of my holiday plans by making me jump through their hoops.

My business partner suggested I open a personal account with Servus because they have great benefits. I filled out an online form for a personal chequings account & had to go into a branch to verify with my i.d. I chose to go to the Mill Creek Meadows location because its close to my office. When I went into this Servus location, I had to go through the whole application form again (I guess they didn't believe who I was). The representative (didn't get his name) who I was going through the form with kept asking me "why do you want to open up an account at this location?" I replied, "well, my office is near by and the location by my home has minimal hours, closed on weekends and has no parking so its an inconvenience for me." I was then told everything is good to go and to wait in the lobby for his manager to talk to me which I found very odd. Im not asking for a loan or applying for a credit card. All I want to do is open a simple chequings account. A branch manager named Sandra McColl called me into her office. She was hounding me with questions, "why do you want to open an account at this location? Why don't you open up an account downtown?" I replied back with the same thing I told the representative but that wasn't good enough for Sandra McColl. She continued to say, "You seem fishy. This sounds fishy to me." At this point, I was shocked and overwhelmed. I asked her, "are you serious right now?" She then replied, "how do you not have a credit card under your name?" I replied, I share one with my fiancé. Is that an issue? She continued to say, "it seems fishy, it seems fishy." I got fed up and asked, "are you not allowing me to open a chequings account? and she replied, "exactly, thats what I'm saying." I stood up and walked out after that. I am a 36 year old Canadian entrepreneur from Africa who simply wanted to open a chequings account and I could not do that because of the color of my skin. I will definitely not be doing any business with Servus. I wish I could I give this Servus location 0 stars.

Very nice people; the advisors and tellers know me by name, and they are always going the extra mile to keep my business. I deal with other banks because I have to, but I deal with Servus because I prefer to, and whenever I have a choice I always choose them.
