I've dealt with two advisors at both the Downtown & Timberlea branch (business & personal). As a small business owner, I have cycled through numerous advisors at a "big bank". It's really frustrating to have to start a new relationship every time you go in. These 2 advisors at Servus did more for me in the last week than any of my previous advisors combined. They're accessible via email, prompt, & a wealth of knowledge. Lastly, the lawyer I use says they're the best bank in town for mortgage and/or business related activities (that's coming from a corporate lawyer who does serious volume). I couldn't recommend them more.

They may have been good but they were closed on the Saturday I was there and closed Saturdays all the time. Most inconvenient for me.
