As a person with disabilities who struggles with administrative tasks asked if the social worker (that’s was the only one there) if she could double check my work, after requesting if she could double check my work she denied and stuffed a calculator in my face and told me to do it myself as
There was a older gentleman in line before me who needed something, the same social worker made it difficult for him to figure out what he was looking for and sent him out with no useful information or helpful advice.
I usually don’t have problems with this office as the other social workers there are always polite and understanding of my situation.

The second step of your graduated license brings the N test. From my personal experience many of the test conductors are incredibly rude and arrogant. I know people that can’t drive to save their damn life that have passed this test and people that are perfect drivers even on the test but still fail. A great example of horrible conduction of these test is someone I personally know who failed their first time due to a few faults which was understandably. The second time however they failed due to speeding which since speaking with them they assure me they went no more then 2 over. This persons third attempt at this test was perfect absolutely nothing wrong except for driving to slow now. A side not that may be important is this person had the same conductor for their last 2 tests. Now how can someone fail for going to slow and to fast. I could understand if their driving was inconsistent with speed but I can assure you it’s not. Driving test conductors are ignorant rude people that have nothing better to do than fail people to generate more income.

Actually the 1 800 number i called the lady was very pleasant and understanding . I gave her the needed info and she was very receptive and i heard compassion for my situation. She sent me to the office with instructions on how to proceed . At the office the lady was seen smiling and willing to help me with my query. She really was thank you

I went in nobody except me three ladies working. Was ignored as I stood there roughly 5 minutes. Asked if there was a wait as nobody even acknowledged me . They told me they were all busy to be seated and would be called up when ready . I sat down . They proceeded to talk about one of the womens new hair cut for 5 minutes after telling me they were busy . Then proceeded to do whatever they did for a few more minutes. A woman came in said she had someone waiting could she go ahead quickly she said. I obliged 30 seconds or so they took her question and she left . Then proceeded to let me wait another minute after while finishing what they said they needed to do? Finally they called me up gave me an envelope and told me to go online and fill it out . Did not offer any advice assistance or the use of the ten or so empty computers in the office for guest use . As well were short and rude with me ? I’m blown away 1 star is too much ! In the end after all the waiting I was given about 45 seconds of time and treated like a nuisance. Thanks ladies I feel like my tax dollars are being completely wasted now .

Take note: the location is actually off of Similkameen Ave, just across from Oliver Fire and Rescue. Google maps took us up into a residential area and left us on Eveningstar Crescent telling us we had arrived 😉
