We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Mexico. Our agent Patricia at Sell-Off Vacations in Thunder Bay helped us pick the perfect destination for our family. She really listened to our wish list and took the items into consideration when recommending resorts and destination. She didn't steer us wrong and we had a wonderful time. Recently I was looking for a new Travel Agent for me and my fiancee. I am always looking at Sell Off Vacations web site, and thought I would try and give them a call regarding some questions I had. I was put on the phone with Patricia. She immediately jumped in to answer all my questions and we quickly made a positive connection on the phone. She was so friendly and personable. I had some very specific vacation requests, and wanted to make the vacation perfect for my new fiancee and myself, and out 5 year anniversary. She went above and beyond, talking to other agents, talking to the hotel, and making several phone calls to make sure everything was booked perfectly, and our vacation would be amazing. There are ton's of options out there and competition, but these guys always give me the best deals and I know I'm not supporting Expedia or other big and useless companies. Had the pleasure of booking my trip with Patricia D. Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts I had to change the date of my trip. It was very easy to work with Patricia in getting the necessary changes and she was very patient in dealing with me.
