Andrew's service was good and very efficient. Our renewal was processed quickly and our questions were well answered. Having forgotten to bring in our odometer reading for potential savings, we were directed to submit it within 7-days via ICBC's website. That is a process that includes installing the app, submitting photo ID and a live photo and video of your face, only to be followed by a 3- business day wait to confirm your identity for a BC Services ID. If you already have the app set up with a validated BC Services card, I image submitting an odometer reading would be a cinch. I was thankful that Andrew had given me his business card. I sent him an email with a pic of my odometer reading and included a release statement allowing him to communicate with me and send or receive information, by email. Within an hour he sent a confirmation email letting me know that he was successful in adding my odometer reading to my renewal.
He is good at what he does. Excellent customer service delivered - thank you Andrew.
