I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Bradshaw at Sechelt Dental. The staff is welcoming and professional, and the clinic is pristine and equipped with cutting-edge technology. Dr. Bradshaw is incredibly skilled and took the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The procedure was painless, and their genuine care and warm demeanor made all the difference. If you're looking for a top-notch dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bradshaw and their team!

I have lived in Sechelt BC for almost a year now. Like some, I avoid going to the dentist if at all possible. Recently I had a dental emergency and walked into the Sechelt Dental Centre to ask about getting the tooth removed. I was looking for a referal to an Oral Surgeon to fully sedate me for the extraction. In recent years, I had begun telling dentists to extract my teeth rather than endure complicated dental work. The Sechelt Dental Office reception team were so welcoming and friendly, and with ready smiles that they won me over instantly. The offices are so beautiful and calming like a rain forest that you almost don't want to leave. On the wall was an incredibly interesting newspaper article about Dr. Michael Bradshaw, his Dentistry career in New Zealand and returning to Sechelt to take over the clinic from his father in law. It's a must read! We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bradshaw, and he was even more impressive in person than his amazing article on the wall. We hit it off immediately and made a connection which put me at ease about going to the dentist. During our initial consultation, Dr. Bradshaw explained to me in terms that made sense to me, that I didn't need to lose my problem teeth at all. And he further explained how we can save all of my teeth so that I can continue enjoying eating for the rest of my life. No one had explained it like that to me before and I'm 63! For the first time I placed my complete trust in a dentist and was looking forward to addressing several urgent issues with my teeth. Dr. Bradshaw devised a plan of action, and he explained it all to me so that I could understand it and happily get behind it. After two subequent visits, I feel like I have a new and optimally functioning set of teeth, and I'm actually excited about the benefts of good dentistry for once. A lot of work was performed, and it cost much less than I thought it would. In other words, I felt the visits were very affordable. I am now recomending Dr. Bradshaw to people I know around Sechelt, because my experience was so wonderful! We are very fortunate when we find a good Dentist. I have found my forever Dentist in Dr. Bradshaw and his excellent team! I encourage anyone looking for a great dentist and dental team to pay a visit to the clinic, read that amazing article about Dr. Bradshaw on the wall, and book a consult visit with him to see if he is a good fit for you as well!

I recently moved to Sechelt and was looking for a dental clinic. I went to Sechelt Dental in May and was able to get in sooner through a cancelation. After my appointment, I kept getting statements sent to me saying there was an amount due when I know my insurance covers 100% of my dental expenses. Looks like there was an admin error with the insurance payment and after sending them the information and proof of payment from my insurance company in en email, I am still getting statements asking me to pay months after sending them the insurance proof of payment. As a client this is not ok especially after having sent the payment information - needs work on their administration/finance side.

Lorne Berman and his office staff are extraordinary human beings, absolutely gifted in their chosen professions. The Centre is such a warm, welcoming, vibrant environment, with genial receptionists and kind outreach in every aspect of the field. I know countless people on the Coast who particularly value and cherish Lorne (until recently the owner of this lovely oasis) and have heard so many declare him to be 'legendary', 'one in a billion', 'a mensch', and incredibly supportive of and dedicated to giving the best care to everyone who seeks dental assistance. Those are mighty big shoes to fill; yet I'm confident the new owners, carefully chosen by Lorne, will continue his fine work--and of course, Lorne IS still there! A++ to all, and thank you again for years of incredible service, whole-hearted care, a beautiful office environment richly complemented by local artworks, and an absolute dedication to each client. I can't recommend this office highly enough; and though I know how many others share my view, as always in this busy world, not too many can take the time to write it out in words (expressing it more in home-made cookies, cards, and hugs!).

They got me in for a very fast and friendly emergency appointment even with a foot of snow on the ground. Less than 6hrs after the appointment, the swelling I had was reduced by at least 50%. Thank you for finding the cause of the swelling and I will be returning for some work in the near future.

I have been a patient here for 26 years and after every appointment (I'm there 2 or 3 times a year for check-ups, cleaning and fillings or whatnot) I'm so grateful for my dentist and this wonderful clinic. I always come away feeling validated, reassured, and very much cared for. Hoping business gets back to normal asap!
I can't help feeling that the negative comments below have a hidden agenda... perhaps to promote some other clinic?
