My first encounter with Dr. James Tait, i have seen and meet more dentists than a football team. Mr Tait has passion for solutions and results. Very easy to work and collaboration is exceptional, it’s like having the finest skills at your request. He is calm and warm attitude with excelent communication skills (both listing and verbal clarifications) . He takes his time to give patients dedicated attention with ease . He is not distracted or rushed, definitely a class of his own , above the rest! Keep up the outstanding work.

I recently had a fantastic experience with hygienist Heta during my dental cleaning appointment. Heta provided an excellent dental cleaning experience. The staff are extremely welcoming, professional, well educated and up-to-date with the latest technology. I haven't ever had a team be so mindful, reassuring and gentle during a visit. I greatly appreciated the constant education and explanations that were mentioned throughout my visit, as it ensured I understood what work was being done on me/ required more/less focus in the future. I am a fairly new patient here. I have been very impressed with everyone from the reception staff to the assistants and especially Dr Ashley. She is very attentive and carrying. She explains what she is doing every step of the way. I highly recommend this dental office.

Absolutely fantastic first experience from chatting with reception to my check-up and clean. I don't mind visiting the dentist, but I had become pretty apprehensive about the hygienist, as I usually find it very sore during and after, but here it was incredibly pain free, and even relaxing at some points! Thank you for an allaround wonderful service!
