Very these two are a fantastic team. We were referred to them through our mortgage specialist and really lucked out. They take the time to know exactly what you’re looking for in a home and set up a portal with listings that suit your requirements. During visits they aren’t pushy and share their honest opinions on the pros and cons of each house. They don’t just want to make the sale, they want to be sure you find the home that YOU are looking for. After looking for a few months, my fiancé and I closed on our house in December and honestly we could not be happier with our purchase. 10/10 service, I would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Nick on two occasions. We were searching for full renovation projects and we managed to purchase both properties in the West Island, under asking, in 2019, and in 2021.

With both properties being in the West Island, buying something under asking is unheard of, especially in this crazy market, however Sean and Nick had an excellent strategy to find the right property for me and negotiated the sale perfectly.
