Strange that all reviews are 5 star and all with raving reviews , then a 1 star from someone who is 3 years behind so clearly not a responsible person for starters ! Laurie has in the past and continues to do our personal and corporate taxes including HST returns without issue and on time. Being a business person I understand priorities and given you obviously don't , I'm sure there is more to this story than just your side. Keep up the excellent work Laurie, we appreciate your hard work !!

This is the first time I have used a tax service as I've always done my own returns. Originally I was nervous but I quickly felt at ease with Laurie. Not only is she friendly, but I could tell she really knew her stuff. The experience turned out far better than I could hope for. I'll be going to Laurie for everything now, and am sending everyone I know her way. It's great to have someone so knowledgeable that you can rely on.

Very unprofessional.
Charged $300 to file 3 yrs worth of taxes
Doesn't return calls..has every excuse why.
5 months later find out she only prepared 1 yr. and didn't even file it
Then pleads to give her a chance...
NO!!! Not after that chaos.
Think TWICE people.
Complete runaround from her.
