Does not respond to emails or voicemails. Hired her for the last three years, and it's always been last-minute, with a great lack of back-and-forth communications. Save yourself the headache, and hire someone who has the professional courtesy of responding to clients during business hours. I hope I'm the exception and that I am wrong about her, but three years in a row...

I have an inquiry about something that is likely her mistake on my tax return. I'm still waiting for an answer from her to have her amend my 2023 return. Doesn't look promising.

We have used Stephanie on two separate occasions and were very pleased with our experience. I first got in touch with Stephanie after issues with a previous tax person, and she happily agreed to get our already overdue tax return sent off immediately so we could avoid further penalties. I sought out Stephanie 2 tax season ago now as a new small business owner as well as someone who has never done their taxes by themselves before (thanks dad!!). Stephanie was so patient to go over everything that she needed from me in order to file. She is very responsive to emails and when I required a tax revision (my fault), she filed again for me at no additional cost! Stephanie is wonderful and I would highly recommend.
