Absolutely unacceptable experience.

We started working with these two in October 2024, and after four months of back-and-forth, false promises, and endless delays, they had the audacity to tell us while one was sitting in India, "Maybe you should find someone who can do it faster." As if wasting four months of our time meant nothing to them.

Every time we called, the response was the same: “We're working on it, give it more time.” They kept stringing us along, promising we were close. In mid-April, they claimed an appraisal would be scheduled—but no one ever showed up until now. And still, they asked us to wait.

At that point, we’d had enough. We went directly to a bank, and guess what? The appraisal was done in under a week and the loan approved in just three weeks. It makes you realize how much time and energy we lost relying on people who clearly had no sense of urgency, professionalism, or respect for our time.

They were unreliable, dismissive, and full of excuses. If you're even thinking about working with them—don’t. Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and four months of wasted time. You deserve better.
