I have been dealing with Jamie Taylor regarding immigration issues for over 10 years now. My immigration issues have been very complicated and Jamie has tackled all my issues and concerns with great professionalism and has always achieved the desired results. She swiftly responds to all requests with strong attention to detail and is result oriented. Jamie is the Lawyer you are hoping to get when you start your search. If you need help with immigration I cannot recommend her enough. I will not deal with anyone apart from her. I have personally recommended her to many people. 10 out of 10.

I had a good experience with Sampson McPhee when they helped us buy our home, but my most recent attempt to get employment law support was incredibly frustrating. I spent over three weeks trying to get a response, leaving multiple voicemails and emails that went unanswered. When I could reach reception (which was rare, as the phone often went unanswered), I was told my message would be passed along and someone would follow up. No one ever did. I even asked to be told if they couldn’t help and to be pointed elsewhere, but received no response at all. After weeks of chasing, I gave up. Disappointing lack of professionalism and communication.

Maybe they are good lawyers maybe not. However when it comes to communication , responding to phone calls or emails they are beyond below the bar of what should be expected and acceptable. I’m not sure if they just don’t want to do their jobs or what exactly the issue is. When you are playing with people money and lives , professional and timely communication is key. This is NOT what you will get here. The receptionist either doesn’t relay messages or the paralegals (Lisa) just simply don’t care to follow up. Risk your money and dealings here or go somewhere else where they value you.

Great, Friendly, informative Service. Had my mortgage done with my great lawyer and his associates did an amazing job with my paperwork and kept us informed all through the process. Awful service. I spoke to the lawyer on the phone once and it was the day I hired him. Never discussed anything again until I signed the documents via video call and the lawyer bill had many charges that did not apply - one being phone conversation charges. They WILL take you for a ride without permission. My lawyer bill was $2000 more than the original quote on a simple mortgage!
