Worst travel agency ever. The agents that work there don't know what they are doing, you need to be there to guide them every single step, they try their best to give you the worst service ever blaming flight company saying it is their fault or they have their own personal problems that are setting them back even if you have paid them. They don't even know how to use the e-mail blaming internet providers, taking as much time as they need to read even if you've been there for hours or even taking phone calls while your in a meeting with them. After you have paid if you need any assistance they find any excuses possible to take their time in assisting you or even telling you that you need to call them back even if you are already at your other destination. Also you even need to take your own time to go to them more then once to make sure that your seating is correct and go multiple times or they will book you whatever they find convent for themselves. Not even caring of your needs. To have to be watched or to even have to be there for hours to make sure things get done for the amount of money that they ask for is a joke. "easy and safe" travel is a lie don't waste your money its way easier to plan yourself, as well as cheaper. Also this is just the tip of the iceberg wish I didn't have to put one star to post this they don't even deserve that.

Cheryl did a fantastic job in putting together our trip to Vegas, flights were great, room was exceptional, we stayed at the Paris (received a room upgrade giving us a fantastic view of the strip and the Bellagio fountain).
