We left GP in 2018 without being able to sell our house. We moved out of province and needed someone who would take good care of the property until the market recovered. Angie and here team have taken such great care of the home and have been very pro-active. We knew our investment was well taken care of and she worked well with us every step of the way.

They stole my security deposit. I left out of province (which they were fully aware of) and upon their “final inspection” found black mold in the washing machine. Funny cause I rented the place for less than a year and I can promise you there is was no mold. They stole my entire depot and asked for more money! It’s ridiculous and I will never rent from these thieves again. I was an excellent tenant!

Edit: Reminder, it's very important NOT to steal from tenants.My roommate at the time was a nurse so to say we wouldn't notice black mold is insulting and just a flat out lie. Consider yourself lucky you got one star because I wouldn’t give any if that was an option.

Your employee Angie made the most bigotted, discriminatory and condescending remark to me (an indigenous woman born and raised here) to "leave Alberta and go to.... BC maybe"; when handing me + my kids a 10 day eviction notice!!!!!! 🤡 (so they could sell the house)
Washer leaked my entire tenancy even prior to me moving in, and it continued to leak no matter how many times Mr appliance was sent to "fix" it. One time their repair even causing a flood. They
Inflated charges for repairs; wrongfully charges professional painters prices when they only use cheap poor quality home depot paint and products, plus use their own friends and families "companies" to do said repairs. No idea what they did with my expensive BBQ (from the house she 10 day evicted me and my kids from, very last minute while having school aged kids)
Also claims I still owe 900 - My BBQ was worth much more. She didn't even have the decency to return it or message us about it only told me we forgot a bag of potatoes....., ZERO STARS AND YOU WILL BE BLAMED & CHARGED FOR PAST TENANTS DAMAGES.

Im so unhappy with my experience. I would give no stars if I could. We were told we got the place and had 24hr to Sign the lease and come up with a three thousand dollar security deposit, so as we were getting all our Stuff together, and just in the process, signing the lease and it only was 18 hrs in. They canceled. The lease and didn't give us a reason. I had already given my notice to my landlord back in bc. I emailed back and asking a bunch of questions. And no one's had The decency to respond back to me. Now I have a month to move from my place in bc, and nowhere to go with four children. Not even professional in the slightest.I'm absolutely disgusted this has even happened and how they could do this to a family. And now after reading all these reviews I can't believe how Unprofessional a company could be.

Kirk Fowler could not have made the purchase of our home more seamless. He went above and beyond from start to finish. He took us to view listings in a prompt manner, had print outs to guide us through the entire home buying purchase and had print outs of the listings for us to keep too. He was readily available and had extensive insight to the real estate market and the GP community. He gave great recommendations of home inspectors and lawyers too. His knowledge of realty was palpable and he has our full trust. Can’t wait to get our keys! 10/10! Thank you Kirk for everything.

Chelsea has been AMAZING! When she showed us 3 or four places in one day then we decided we wanted to see another one first before we made a decision she did so quickly and happily!

When we moved into the place we chose there were some issues and they were rectified very quickly by quite a few of the ladies in the office, they were all on it immediately and had it dealt with right away!

We have had an amazing experience with Chelsea and Royal LePage!

I am going to assume that all the other reviews on here that are not favorable are from people that either caused damage or didn't pay rent lol. Cause Royal LePage has been awesome for us!

If I could put 0 stars I would.

This place was horrible since day 1, upon moving in the cleaners did an awful job and stole from us while we went to get a second load of stuff to move in. Most of the damages reported before moving in were never end up repaired and the few that were, were done so poorly it didn't make it look any better. All the questions/concerns we brought up throughout the year either through email or calls were never replied too, left messaged and nobody ever got back to us. When we moved out they tried to charge us for the previous tenants damages they never repaired in the first place. They have horrible hidden fees, the place was before moving and they still charged us nearly half our damage deposit for it to get "cleaned" not to mention the $60 they charged us to replace a light bulb. 100% an awful experience, everything to do with this company is unprofessional and absolutely terrible.

The ladies here have great customer service, always friendly, professional and helpful. I am not a client, but I have personally dealt with the front desk girl, Jamie, to help clients obtain tenant insurance, and she always gives me accurate details in a quick manner. Jamie is an asset to this company and I really enjoy working with her. My clients always have great things to say about the staff as well, and tell me how easy they make it for them to set up tenant insurance.
