If you are looking for a realtor, look for Maricel Sales! We've been looking for land property in Steinbach or the surrounding area for the past year. It was hard because we have had some specific wants for the property. It was our first time buying land property. We had several questions about the property that we were planning to purchase. I rented in Steinbach on first st last year and it was a very great experience. Amanda managed our building and she was beyond excellent! Always responsive and took care of concerns professionally and promptly. The apartment was very nice with amazing appliances. Only criticism at that location was the deck areas - due to the very good airconditioning units, it was quite loud. Still, it was a great place to live.
