As a new agent I have felt extremely well supported here. I was appointed a mentor that has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the industry and has always been available. Not only have I been supported by her but also other agents in the office have been keen to offer advice and encourage. The front end staff have been very supportive and I can’t speak highly enough about them and their patience with me as I ask a million questions. Chris and Vittoria as owners have also been fully invested in seeing me succeed. I suppose an easier way of saying all this is as a brokerage in general the environment is supportive and positive.
