My family, over the years, have bought and sold through Josh Bath and his co-workers. His team is utterly outstanding. I have been kept in the loop the whole way and if not for the team, I can honestly say that the experience would not have been half as enjoyable. I worked with Matt Bastiens group. We were purchasing our first home and I was blown away. They constantly bent over backwards for us. I could say so many different examples but I will only name a few. The sellers of our house were trying to back out of the move in date they gave us because they said they couldn't find movers. Devon immediately jumped into action and called every moving company until she found one for them. Her efforts paid off, we moved in the day we wanted. The Bastien group paid for our new home to be cleaned before we moved in. When we moved in we realized the dishwasher was broken. The previous owners refused to pay to replace it so the Bastien group paid for a new dishwasher for us as a housewarming gift. As I said there are so many more examples. I found myself sad when it was all finished because I was going to miss chatting with them everyday. They still keep in touch with us and after our experience was over, we not only had a beautiful home, we had new friends in the Bastien group. I will only deal with them when it comes to real estate. A million times thank you to them.

Nice and clean floor. Office environment is pretty comfortable. Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Free parking available in the plaza. Training room is located at the same plaza. Bus stops nearby. Easy access. Overall based on my personal experience, I would recommend it.
