We worked with Royal City Travel to book a work conference trip. They billed the university directly, which was great! Everything was done via email, which was a bit annoying because we had some complexities to deal with in our group. But overall, not a bad experience.

Haven't dealt with them for years, but recently booked a trip with Sabino. We only corresponded by email, but Sabino answered all my questions promptly and made the booking a very smooth process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to our trip!!

I know a lot of people use websites and apps to book their own flights and travel details. We use Royal City Travel and we’re always happy we do! Too many times, we’ve been stranded somewhere due to cancelled flights or changes brought on by airlines. RCT has saved our hides several times, working into the evenings, on weekends, in their off hours, all to get us back on track and to our destination or home. My family wouldn’t organize travel any other way!

Our experience is still on going to book a Disney trip that we figured should be simpler to book thru a travle agent to to book all the part our self has turned in to a 2 month saga, and will most likely result in us just booking it ourselves. We have been disappointed so far
